Refund & Returns

All sales are final.
Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of North & Knox products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
What this means:
  • Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
  • Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Because every bag is made specifically for you, we cannot resell or repurpose it.
If something goes wrong:
  • Shipping damage: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Quality concerns: Contact us at hello@northandknox.com within 7 days of delivery. While we cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges, we will review each inquiry on a case-by-case basis to ensure you feel supported.

Third-Party Brand Notice

Some one-of-one pieces are created from authentic, previously purchased items that may display original brand labels or trademarks. North & Knox is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by any third-party brand.

Shipping

Orders ship from Columbus, Ohio, USA.
Timelines:
  • Preorder items: Estimated timelines are stated on each product page (typically 2–3 weeks).
  • Ready-to-ship items: Ships within 3–5 business days.
Tracking & Delivery:
  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
  • Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security.
  • We currently ship within the United States only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly at hello@northandknox.com.

North & Knox creates independent, handcrafted goods, including one-of-one pieces made from authentic, previously purchased materials and components that may display original brand names, labels, logos, or other trademarks.

North & Knox is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by any third-party brand whose materials may appear on a product. Any third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to truthfully identify the source of the upcycled materials.

Unless explicitly stated on the product page, any brand labels, tags, or trademarked elements incorporated into a piece are original to the pre-owned item used to create that specific product and were not sourced separately.
