How It Works
Every Collector Commission begins with a conversation. Before anything is confirmed, we verify that your tote has enough canvas to work with. From there, the process is straightforward.
Reach out via our contact form to start your inquiry. We confirm your bag is a candidate and discuss exactly what you want. Custom renderings of your specific piece are created before anything is touched. You approve the design. We finalize your private listing in the Collector Commissions. Once purchased, we send you a prepaid shipping label to get your tote to us safely. Your finished piece leaves our studio within 7 to 10 business days of receipt, returned via UPS with full insurance and signature required.
Size Requirements
To create these large items, we need to have original pieces that are a size large or bigger. If you are not sure if your tote is large enough, follow the measurement diagram and send it to us using the below form and we will let you know if we can use your tote.

How It Works
Once your order is placed, we send you a prepaid shipping label to get your tote to us safely. Once it arrives, we confirm receipt and begin work. Your finished bag ships back to you within 10 business days via UPS Ground with insurance and signature required.
Care & Maintenance
Spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to preserve the integrity of the canvas and hardware. The kisslock mechanism requires no special care but should be operated gently to maintain smooth function.
